Meeting Information:

The Association of Service and Computer Dealers International,  founded in 1981 is a worldwide, nonprofit organization, representing IT companies that provide hardware, software, maintenance services, leasing services, business solutions, and value added services to the business community.

The ASCDI Conferences provide a great forum for NETWORKING with others in the industry, meeting old friends and making new contacts.  That will NOT change.  However, we want the ASCDI Conferences to be MUCH MORE. 

If you attend the ASCDI ANNUAL SPRING CONFERENCE 2010 in ORLANDO, we promise to give you and your staff the opportunity to learn about the latest technology trends, meet with leading vendors, and gain a competitive edge in the IT market.  We want to offer you information that you can bring back to your colleagues and customers, information that will help you EARN their business and increase yours. 

REGISTRATION FEES:

  • SPECIAL EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION!  Member Registration fee is $695.00 per person and Companion Registration is $495.00 per person to January 15, 2010.  Non Member Registration fee is $1500.00 per person.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Registration fee goes up to $745.00 from January 15 - February 15 and $795.00 from February 15 - March 10.  After March 10 and on site, the Registration fee is $850.00.
  • Optional Events at this Conference includes:  Thursday, Golf Tournament ($150 pp), Thursday, Incredible Race ($125 pp), and Friday, Cirque du Soleil ($95 pp).  Please sign up on the Registration Form!  Space is limited!

First Time Attendees:  If this is your first ASCDI Conference, we invite you to attend at the member rate.  Please contact Gail at 561-266-9016 to find out how to register.

Cancellation Fee Charged:  $75.00 Per Person after February 1 and $100.00 Per Person after March 1.  No refunds after March 10, 2010.

The ASCDI is PROUD to announce that we are continuing our efforts and doing our part by conducting this conference in an environmentally friendly way by following these GREEN MEETING PRACTICES:

  • We chose a hotel that practices "green" friendly policies. 

  • We chose a "walking" city to help eliminate carbon footprints.

  • To reduce plastic waste, individual bottled water will not be served.  We will have pitchers of water on the tables at the meetings.

  • China service will be used instead of plastic cups.  Condiments will be served in bulk containers, not individual packets.

  • The 2010 registration bags, will be made from 100% recycled  products.  Plastic nametag holders will be collected for recycling.

  • On line registration is strongly encouraged over use of paper registration.

  • All sessions will be archived and accessible after the meeting on www.ascdi.com.

  • All office printed material will be printed/copied on post-consumer recycled paper.

  • Boxes and packing materials will be reused for the return shipments to the ASCDI office.
